Electronic Air Suspension Diagnostic Trouble Codes

AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE:

Range Rover Sport (LS)

CONDITION SUMMARY:

IMPROVED EAS SOFTWARE AVAILABLE TO RESOLVE DTC

Situation: 
A customer may report that a two-chime warning occurs and that a flashing amber warning lamp turning to a steady amber lamp is illuminated. The
warning message "Suspension Fault" will also appear. Investigation using the Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS) or the Integrated Diagnostic System
(IDS) may reveal one of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC):

C1A37-01 or C1A38-01 (Front/Rear Crosslink Valve)

^

U2007-19 (Valve circuit current above threshold)

A software calibration sensitivity issue can incorrectly report a low current at the cross-link valve in cold conditions. The DTCs may be logged under
these conditions.

Action: 
Should a customer express concern regarding the above, refer to the Repair Procedure detailed in this bulletin to update the air suspension Ride Level
Control Module software.
