1. REMOVE LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH

2. DISCONNECT CONNECTOR

Disconnect the connectors as shown.

3. DISCONNECT DOOR CHECK FROM BODY

(a) Remove the door check cover.
(b) Using pliers, push out the arm pin and disconnect the door check from body.

4. REMOVE DOOR

While supporting the door, remove the four door side hinge nuts to remove the door.

HINT: When removing the door, do not damage the connectors by the hole of the panel.

DOOR HINGE REPLACEMENT 

1. REMOVE DOOR HINGE

Remove two nuts and the hinge.

2. INSTALL DOOR HINGE

Install two nuts and the hinge.

Torque: 25 N.m (260 kgf.cm, 19 ft.Ibf) 

REAR DOOR INSTALLATION 

Install rear door parts by following removal sequence in reverse

HINT: After installing the door, adjust door.
