Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

1.

Remove upper radiator seal clips, then seal.

2.

Remove right side headlight assembly.

3.

Disconnect hoses from oil cooler.

4.

Remove engine undercover, then foglight assembly.

5.

Pull shroud aside to expose bolt in stay, then remove bolt.

6.

Remove oil cooler. Inspect oil cooler for damage or clogging, replace if necessary.

7.

Reverse procedure to install. Torque oil cooler bolt and nuts to 69 inch lbs. Fill power steering reservoir with fluid, then bleed system as outlined
under ``Hydraulic System Bleed.''
