Use a flat blade screw driver with a protective covering over the shaft to carefully pry and remove the I.P. hood (Figure 2).

As shown in Figure 2, carefully insert the screw driver 10 mm and pry at the two lower positions.

b)

Carefully pry and remove the upper portion of the cover.

Pull the instrument cluster finish panel forward 1 inch to disconnect the electrical connector behind the ODO/Trip and reset switch (Figure 3).

Disconnect the remaining electrical connectors.

Remove the Combination Meter

REMOVE THE COMBINATION METER

Remove four retaining screws from the combination meter (Figure 4).
