Introduction
Some 2007 2008 model year ES 350 customers may experience rear brake noise when moving slowly (less than 10 mph [16 km/h]) with low pressure
applied to the brake pedal (especially noticeable when moving in reverse). Use the following repair procedure to address customer concerns.
