Repair Procedure

1.

Order a replacement multi-display through the Fujitsu-Ten exchange program.

NOTE:

Refer to the Lexus Customer Services Web site on Dealer Daily for ordering information for the exchange program.

2.

Replace the multi-display.

Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS), 2007 model year ES 350 Repair Manual: Navigation: Multi-display: Removal Installation.

3.

Start the engine and wait 10 seconds.

4.

Turn the ignition OFF and wait 1 minute.

5.

Start the engine again.

6.

Confirm the climate control voice commands are functional.
