Remove following parts:
a. Two anti-squeal springs.
b. Two brake pads.
c. Four pad support plates.

4.

Check disc thickness and runout.

5.

Install pad support plates, brake pads with wear indicator facing downward, then anti-squeal springs.

6.

Draw a small amount of brake fluid from reservoir, then press in pistons in with hammer handle or equivalent. Install caliper, then, holding sliding
pin, tighten caliper to specifications.

7.

Install front wheel, then ensure reservoir fluid level is at Max line.
