If code No. 27 reappears again, check the Sub Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit. If the circuit is normal, replace the Sub Heated Oxygen Sensor.
2. Disconnect cable from negative terminal of battery.
NOTE: Turn the Ignition Switch to "LOCK". Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) terminal from the battery. Wait 90 seconds before
proceeding with work.
3. Disconnect Sub Heated Oxygen Sensor connector.

Remove the scuff plate.

Remove the instrument panel under cover.

Take out the front side of the floor carpet.
4. Inspect heater resistance of Sub Heated Oxygen Sensor.

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals +B and HT.
