Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) terminal of the battery.
NOTE: Turn the ignition switch to "LOCK". Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) terminal from the battery. Wait 90 seconds before
proceeding with work.

Disconnect the Heated Oxygen Sensor connectors.

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals +B and HT.
Resistance: 11.7 - 14.3 ohms at 20°C (68°F)

Reconnect the Heated Oxygen Sensor connectors.
4. If necessary, replace Heated Oxygen Sensors.
Torque: 44 Nm (33 ft lb)
5. Reconnect cable to negative terminal of battery.

INSPECTION
1. Verify Data Trouble code 27.

Cancel Diagnostic Trouble Code 27.

Allow the engine to warm up to normal operating temperature.

Drive for 5 minutes or more between 80 km/h (50 mph) and 100 km/h (62 mph) in "D" positon.

Following the conditions in the above step, press fully on the accelerator pedal for 2 seconds or more.
NOTE: Do not exceed 100 km/h (62 mph), or the Diagnostic Trouble Code will be cancelled.

Stop the vehicle, and turn the Ignition Switch to OFF.

Carry out the above steps again to test acceleration.
