Front Wheel Alignment
Camber
1.
To adjust front camber, loosen and turn front lower arms No.1 and No.2 adjusting cam.
2.
Camber changes 5° and caster changes 15° with each graduation of front lower arm No.1 adjusting cam.
3.
Loosen and turn front lower arm No.2 adjusting cam.
4.
Camber changes 7° with each graduation on the front lower arm No.2 adjusting cam.
5.
Torque No.1 adjusting cam to 127 ft.lb. and No.2 adjusting cam to 173 ft.lb.
Caster
1.
Loosen and turn front lower arm No.2 adjusting cam.
2.
Caster changes 7° with each graduation of the front lower arm No.2 adjusting cam.
3.
Torque adjusting cam to 173 ft. lb.
Toe-In
1.
Remove boot clips.
2.
Loosen tie rod end locknut.
3.
Turn left and right tie rod ends an equal amount to adjust toe-in. Ensure the lengths of the tie rod ends remain the same.
4.
Torque tie rod end locknuts to 41 ft. lb.
5.
Place boot on the seat and clamp it. Ensure boots are not twisted.
