Remove the rear door window division bar sub-assembly. Remove the 2 bolts, screw, and division bar.

NOTE:

Be careful when removing the bolts and screw as the division bar may fall and become damaged.

9. Remove the rear door with the motor lock assembly.

A.

Disconnect the connector.

B.

Using a Torx socket (T30), remove the 3 screws and door lock.

HINT:

Remove the door lock through the service hole.

NOTE:

Be careful when removing the bolts as the door lock may fall and become damaged.

10.

Install the NEW door lock.

11.

Reinstall the door components in reverse order of removal.

12.

Re-initialize power systems. Refer to TSIB No. PDO2O-05, "Power System Initialization During PDS."
