Remove the key cylinder from the housing and set aside.

6.

Reinstall the original key cylinder into the new glove box door assembly and attach a new key cylinder lock cover.

7.

Reinstall the glove box in reverse order.

A.

Reconnect any disconnected connectors.

B.

Verify that all panels fit together properly with NO uneven gaps.

8.

Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.

9.

Perform initialization. Refer to TSIB No. PD020-05, "Power System Initialization During PDS."
