Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve: Service and Repair
Installation

2GR-FSE EMISSION CONTROL: PCV VALVE: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL VENTILATION VALVE

(a) Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads.

Adhesive:
Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent

(b) Install the ventilation valve.

Torque: 27 Nm (275 kgf-cm, 20 ft-lbf)

2. CONNECT VENTILATION HOSE

(a) Connect the ventilation hose to the ventilation valve.

3. INSTALL V-BANK COVER See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

Assembly/Installation
