If the blinking pattern is the same as in the illustration, there is no problem.
HINT:

This blinking pattern is output when both of the following conditions are met: 1) there is a LEXUS Link service subscription, and 2) in data mode, there
are no current or historic DTCs.

3. CHECK BLINKING PATTERN (FAST2)

(a) Check current DTC See: Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

If the blinking pattern is the same as in the illustration, a historic DTC exists.
Perform repairs according to the diagnostic trouble code chart.
