Remove the rear output shaft sub-assembly, front drive chain, and driven sprocket sub-assembly.

Remove the transfer shift actuator assembly.

Using 2 screwdrivers and a hammer, tap out the snap ring.

B.

Remove the 3 bolts and the transfer shift actuator assembly.

24.

Remove the old 0-ring on the transfer case actuator assembly.
