e. Adjust the radar beam axis.

1. Connect the intelligent tester to the Controller Area Network Vehicle Interface Module (CAN VIM). Then connect the CAN VIM to the

Data Link Connectors 3 (DLC3).

2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the intelligent tester main switch on, and turn the cruise control main switch on.

4. Select "1: OBD/MOBD".
5. Press the "ENTER" key.

6. Select "8: RADAR CRUISE".
7. Press the "ENTER" key.

8. Select "5: BEAM AXIS ADJUST".
9. Press the "ENTER" key.

HINT:

Pressing the "ENTER" key will make the ECM transfer to BEAM AXIS ADJUST MODE.

If an error message is displayed on the screen, initialization of the distance control ECU may not be completed. Initialize the distance
control ECU.

When the ECM transfers to BEAM AXIS ADJUST MODE, the buzzer sounds for 1 second.
