Using a 19-mm union nut wrench, connect the fuel pipe.

Torque: 30 N*m (306 kgf*cm, 22 ft*lbf)

Connect the connector to the fuel pump.

Install the No. 1 fuel pipe.

A.

Install the No. 1 fuel pipe with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft*lbf)

B.

Connect the 2 fuel hoses.

Connect the fuel main tube.

Install the air surge tank assembly.

A.

Install a NEW gasket to the intake air surge tank.

B.

Using a 5-mm hexagon socket wrench, install the 6 bolts.

Torque: Bolts except A:
18 N*m (184 kgf*cm, 13 ft*lbf)

C.

Install the bolt and 2 nuts to the intake air surge tank.

Torque: 
Bolt A: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft*lbf)
