Clutch Switch: Service and Repair
Installation

CRUISE CONTROL: CLUTCH SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Fully loosen the lock nut of the clutch switch assembly.

(b) Adjust the clutch switch until the threaded portion makes gentle contact with the cushion. Tighten the lock nut and verify the contact of the

switch threaded portion with the cushion.

Torque : 16 Nm (160 kgf-cm, 12 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL MAIN BODY ECU (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH)

(a) Install the main body ECU (cowl side junction block LH) with the 2 nuts and bolt.

Nut - Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

Bolt - Torque : 13 Nm (127 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect all connectors.

4. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard /

5. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard /

Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation

7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and
