Removal

4GR-FSE ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

(a) Remove the intake manifold    See: Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and Repair/Removal.

2. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

(b) Remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.

(c) Remove the gasket from the engine coolant temperature sensor.
