Make sure that the claws on the clamp are positioned as shown in the illustration.

Dimension "a" in the illustration (between the hose end and the clamp end) should be 1.0 to 5.0 mm (0.0393 to 0.196 in.).

Connect the hose until it makes contact with the stopper. (Dimension "b" should be 2.5 mm (0.0984 in.))

4. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

(a) Install the No. 2 radiator hose to the radiator assembly and secure it with the 2 clamps.

Make sure that the claws on the clamp are facing downward.

Dimension "a" in the illustration (between the hose end and the clamp end) should be 1.0 to 5.0 mm (0.0393 to 0.196 in.).

Connect the hose until it makes contact with the stopper. (Dimension "b" should be 2.5 mm (0.0984 in.))

5. INSTALL OUTLET ENGINE ROOM ECU DUCT

(a) Install the outlet engine room ECU duct to the engine room ECU box.
