Front Steering Knuckle: Service and Repair
Installation
AXLE AND DIFFERENTIAL: STEERING KNUCKLE: INSTALLATION

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
1. INSTALL STEERING KNUCKLE
(a) Temporarily install the steering knuckle to the upper suspension arm with the nut.
(b) Install the steering knuckle to the lower ball joint with the 2 bolts.
Torque : 120 Nm (1224 kgf-cm, 89 ft-lbf)
(c) Fully tighten the nut and install a new clip.
Torque : 87 Nm (887 kgf-cm, 64 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
If the holes for the clip are not aligned, further tighten the nut up to 60°.
