11. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR   See: Drive/Propeller Shafts, Bearings and Joints/Drive/Propeller Shaft/Service and

12. SEPARATE FLOOR SHIFT GEAR SHIFTING ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the nut and separate the floor shift gear shifting rod sub-assembly.

13. REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors and 4 clamps.

(b) Remove the 4 bolts and transmission floor shift assembly.

Installation

A760E AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: SHIFT LEVER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the transmission floor shift assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 8.3 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 73 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 2 connectors and 4 clamps to the floor shift assembly.

2. INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT GEAR SHIFTING ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the floor shift gear shifting rod sub-assembly with the nut.

Torque : 13 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)
