Remove the 4 bolts, nut, and water outlet sub-assembly.

Remove the water inlet housing gasket and water outlet pipe 0-ring.

Remove the water inlet sub-assembly with thermostat. Remove the 3 nuts, water inlet with thermostat, and gasket.

If leakage is confirmed in step 4, remove and replace the radiator assembly. Refer to TIS, 2006 model year IS 350 Repair Manual:
