THEFT DETERRENT / KEYLESS ENTRY: CERTIFICATION ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY)

(a) Install the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) with the 2 nuts.
(b) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL SIDE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER See: Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc/Amplifier/Service and Repair/Installation

3. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK See: Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc/Amplifier/Service and Repair/Installation

4. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER See: Lighting and Horns/Tail Lamp/Service and Repair/Rear Combination

5. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK See: Lighting and Horns/Tail Lamp/Service and Repair/Rear Combination Light

6. INSTALL ROPE HOOK See: Lighting and Horns/Tail Lamp/Service and Repair/Rear Combination Light Assembly/Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY See: Lighting and Horns/Trunk Lamp/Service and Repair/Installation

8. INSTALL REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER See: Lighting and Horns/Tail Lamp/Service and Repair/Rear Combination

10. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
11. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
12. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER
13. REGISTER ECU COMMUNICATION ID

NOTICE: When replacing the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly), perform initialization  See: Antitheft and Alarm Systems/Testing
and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Engine Immobiliser System.

14. REGISTER KEY
