Removal

POWER OUTLETS (INT): CIGARETTE LIGHTER: REMOVAL

POWER OUTLETS

1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal

2. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal

3. REMOVE UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal

4. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE ASSEMBLY See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal

6. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the cigarette lighter knob and element assembly.

(b) Disengage the clip.

(c) Turn the ring nut in the direction indicated by the arrow to remove it.

(d) Remove the cigarette lighter socket.
