Seat Belt Reminder Lamp: Testing and Inspection

SEAT BELT: FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT: INSPECTION

SEAT BELT: FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT CLOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

(a) Remove the clock assembly with the connector still connected See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Clock/Service and

Repair/Removal.

(b) Apply battery voltage from the wire harness back side between the terminals of the indicator, and check the lighting condition of the front

passenger side seat belt warning light.

2. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)

(a) Remove the integration control and panel assembly with the connector still connected See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo,

and Compact Disc/Radio/Stereo/Service and Repair/Removal.

(b) Apply battery voltage from the wire harness back side between the terminals of the indicator, and check the lighting condition of the front

passenger side seat belt warning light.
