(a) Install the front lower suspension arm assembly and side rail plate with the 4 bolts and the nut.

Bolt 1 - Torque: 204 Nm (2080 kgf-cm, 150 ft-lbf)
Bolt 2 - Torque: 86 Nm (877 kgf-cm, 63 ft-lbf)
Bolt 3 - Torque: 50 Nm (510 kgf-cm, 37 ft-lbf)

(b) Temporarily tighten the front lower suspension arm with the bolt, washer, and nut.

HINT: Insert the bolt from the front of the vehicle.

3. INSTALL FRONT LOWER BALL JOINT See: Ball Joint/Service and Repair/Installation

4. TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER WITH COIL SPRING

(a) Insert the bolt from the rear of the vehicle, and install the front shock absorber lower side on the front lower suspension arm.
(b) Temporarily tighten a nut while holding the bolt.

5. INSTALL STEERING KNUCKLE WITH AXLE ASSEMBLY See: Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber/Service and Repair/Front Shock

6. INSTALL FRONT DISC See: Brakes and Traction Control/Disc Brake System/Service and Repair/Front Brake/Installation

7. INSTALL FRONT DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY See: Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber/Service and Repair/Front Shock

8. INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY See: Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber/Service and Repair/Front Shock

9. CONNECT FRONT SPEED SENSOR See: Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber/Service and Repair/Front Shock Absorber/Installation

10. STABILIZE SUSPENSION See: Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber/Service and Repair/Front Shock Absorber/Installation
