(c) Remove the 2 screws and shift lock control ECU sub-assembly.

Reassembly

AA80E AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: SHIFT LEVER: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL SHIFT LOCK CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the shift lock control ECU sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

(b) Install the shift lever with the pin and shift lever nut.

2. INSTALL TRANSMISSION CONTROL SWITCH See: Sensors and Switches - A/T/Transmission Mode Switch/Service and

Repair/Transmission Control Switch/Installation

3. INSTALL SHIFT POSITION INDICATOR

(a) Install the shift position indicator to the console panel upper with the 4 screws.
