CELLULAR PHONE ANTENNA WIND NOISE

To reduce wind noise created by the Cellular Telephone Antenna, a newly designed antenna is now available.

SERVICE PROCEDURE:

1.

REMOVE INNER COUPLING BOX

NOTE:
Cover the rear seat, and rear package tray to protect them from debris.

Disconnect antenna cable from the Inner Coupling Box and remove the thermal shrink tube.

-

Using a scraper, carefully remove the Inner Coupling Box from the rear window glass.

NOTE:
Take care not to damage the rear window glass, defogger grid or glass printed antenna.

2.

REMOVE OUTER COUPLING BOX

-

Using a scraper, carefully remove Outer Coupling Box.

NOTE:
Take care not to damage the rear window glass.
