Hydraulic Assembly: Service and Repair
1. Remove air cleaner.
2. Place tube on TRAC bleeder plug. Carefully open plug. Fluid is under high pressure and may spray out. Let fluid drain out, when done close
bleeder.
3. Use brake line removal tool 09751-36011, or equivalent, to remove brake lines.
4. Remove bolts holding actuator in place, then remove actuator.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque brake lines to 11 ft lb and bleed system according to BLEEDING PROCEDURE.
