Inspect the connection of alternator connector by following the chart shown below.

Verification

1)

Turn the ignition switch on and check the battery indicator operation.

Ignition switch on:

Battery indicator light on

After starting engine:

Battery indicator light off

Install the engine undercover.

Completion Label

IMPORTANT

After completing repair and before returning vehicle to the customer, the diagnostic specialist must verify that a SSC completion label is affixed to
the left fender inside panel, make sure that the surface is clean and dry to ensure proper adhesion of the label.

Additional SSC completion labels (P/N 00410-01917) may be ordered through the non-parts system on a 1450 order form or through the TDN
system.
