6.  REMOVE EGR GAS TEMP. SENSOR

Remove the EGR gas temp. sensor and gasket from EGR valve adapter.

INSTALLATION OF EGR GAS TEMP. SENSOR

1.  INSTALL EGR GAS TEMP. SENSOR

Install the EGR gas temp. sensor and new gasket to EGR valve adapter.

2.  INSTALL EGR ADAPTER

(a)  Install a new gasket to the air intake chamber.
(b) Connect the connector.
(c)  Install the EGR valve adapter to the air intake chamber with the two bolts and two nuts.

Torque: 18 N.m (185 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)

3.  INSTALL EGR VALVE

(a)  Install a new gasket to the EGR valve adapter.
(b) Install the EGR valve to the EGR valve adapter with the two nuts.

Torque: 18 N.m (185 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf.)
