Installation

GARAGE DOOR OPENER: GARAGE DOOR OPENER TRANSMITTER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL GARAGE DOOR OPENER TRANSMITTER

(a) Install the garage door opener transmitter with the 2 screws.
(b) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the map light for the standard body See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Roof Headlining (for

Standard Body)/Installation.

(b) Install the map light for the long body See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Roof Headlining (for

Long Body)/Installation.

3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
4. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair/Installation
5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

NOTE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
