(b) Connect the 3 connectors and attach the 3 clips.
3. CONNECT TIE ROD ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Connect the tie rod LH to the steering knuckle with the nut.
Torque: 60 Nm (612 kgf-cm, 44 ft-lbf)
(b) Install a new clip.
4. CONNECT TIE ROD ASSEMBLY RH
HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

6. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER PROTECTOR LOWER See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal

7. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Engine/Installation
8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant/Service and Repair
9. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS
Torque: 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
11. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair/Installation
12. PLACE FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD
13. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
14. CHECK SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM
(a) Check the suspension control system See: Suspension/Adjustments.
15. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
(a) Adjust headlight aiming See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Adjustments.
16. INSPECT AND ADJUST FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT
(a) Inspect and adjust front wheel alignment See: Alignment/Service and Repair/Front Wheel Alignment.
17. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Inspect the SRS warning light See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic
Overview/Diagnosis System.
18. INITIALIZE ROTATION ANGLE SENSOR AND CALIBRATE TORQUE SENSOR ZERO POINT
