1. DRAIN DIFFERENTIAL OIL See: Differential Assembly/Fluid - Differential/Testing and Inspection
2. REMOVE NO. 2 DIFFERENTIAL SUPPORT PROTECTOR

(a) Remove the 3 nuts and support protector.

3. REMOVE NO. 1 DIFFERENTIAL SUPPORT PROTECTOR

(a) Remove the 3 nuts and support protector.

4. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACE LH

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and rear suspension member brace.

5. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACE RH

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and rear suspension member brace.

6. REMOVE REAR AXLE ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the rear axle assembly LH See: Wheel Hub/Service and Repair/Rear Axle Hub/Removal.

7. REMOVE REAR AXLE ASSEMBLY RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

8. REMOVE REAR DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY LH
