Installation

WIPER AND WASHER: FRONT WIPER MOTOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the wiper motor with the 3 bolts.

Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Align the nut with the matchmarks and install the crank arm.

Torque: 17.2 Nm (175 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)

(c) Install the rod of the wiper link to the crank arm.

2. INSTALL WIPER MOTOR COVER

(a) Install the wiper motor cover.

3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER LINK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the wiper motor and link assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector. Then attach the 2 clamps to install the wire harness to the cowl top panel.

4. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
