Antenna Cable: Service and Repair
Removal

AUDIO / VISUAL: RADIO ANTENNA CORD: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH   See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Removal

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

w/ Navigation System (for HDD):

After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of
memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table
before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

Waiting Time before Disconnecting Cable from Negative (-) Battery Terminal:

When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

10. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY WITH BRACKET

(a) w/o Navigation System:

Remove the display and navigation module display with bracket    See: Entertainment Systems/Television / Monitor/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement/Multi-Display (w/o Navigation System)/Removal.

(b) w/ Navigation System:

Remove the display and navigation module display with bracket    See: Navigation System/Navigation Display/Service and Repair/Removal

(c) for HDD Navigation System:
