(1) Check if the lumbar support adjuster moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the lumbar support adjuster motor connector

terminals.

OK:

(2) If the result is not as specified, replace the lumbar support adjuster.

Lumbar Support Adjuster Assembly (for Ottoman)

SEAT: LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman): INSPECTION

1. INSPECT LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Check the operation of the lumbar support adjuster.

(1) Apply battery voltage to the lumbar support adjuster.

(2) Check that the lumbar support adjuster moves smoothly.

OK:

(3) If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seatback assembly LH.

2. INSPECT LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Check the operation of the lumbar support adjuster.

(1) Apply battery voltage to the lumbar support adjuster.

(2) Check that the lumbar support adjuster moves smoothly.
