(a) Check the operation of the seatback spring.

(1) Apply battery voltage to the power seat motor.

OK:

(2) If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seatback assembly.

4. INSPECT REAR SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Check the operation of the seatback spring.

(1) Apply battery voltage to the power seat motor.

OK:

(2) If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seatback assembly.

5. INSPECT REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Check the operation of the reclining adjuster.

(1) Apply battery voltage to the power seat motor.

OK:

(2) If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat reclining adjuster.
