NOTICE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

47. ADJUST PARKING BRAKE SHOE CLEARANCE

(a) Adjust parking brake shoe clearance    See: Adjustments.

NOTICE:
If the parking brake shoe clearance is not adjusted, the cable end may be damaged.

49. ADJUST VEHICLE HEIGHT

(a) Adjust vehicle height    See: Sensors and Switches/Sensors and Switches - Steering and Suspension/Sensors and Switches - Suspension/Ride

50. INSPECT AND ADJUST REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT

(a) Inspect and adjust the rear wheel alignment    See: Maintenance/Alignment/Service and Repair/Rear Wheel Alignment.

51. INSPECT SPEED SENSOR SIGNAL

(a) Inspect the speed sensor signal    See: Antilock Brakes / Traction Control Systems/Testing and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and

Procedures/Test Mode Procedure.

52. PERFORM CALIBRATION

(a) Clear the electric parking brake ECU memory and acquire tension sensor zero point    See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and

Relearning.

53. PERFORM PARKING BRAKE SHOE BEDDING

(a) Perform parking brake shoe bedding    See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

54. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING

(a) Adjust headlight aiming    See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Adjustments.
