4. CHECK INDICATOR

(a) When a malfunction is detected in the Safety Connect system, the manual (SOS) switch red indicator on the manual (SOS) switch illuminates

2. CHECK THE CUSTOMER'S CONTRACT STATUS

(a) Check if the satellite radio and LEXUS ENFORM contract are valid or if the contract period has ended using the vehicle inquiry function

on TIS.

3. CHECK FOR DTC*

(a) Perform Health Check    See: Safety Connect System/Health Check.

(b) Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output.

(c) Clear the DTC.

(d) Recheck for DTCs. Try to prompt the DTC by simulating the original activity that the DTC suggests.
