(a) Remove the rear cooling unit    See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Air Conditioning Unit (for Rear Side)/Removal.

2. REMOVE COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE A

(a) Remove the packing and butyl tape.

(b) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

(c) Remove the screw and plate.

(d) Remove the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

(e) Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

3. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Detach the clamp.

(c) Remove the expansion valve from the cooler refrigerant suction pipe A.

Installation

AIR CONDITIONING: REAR EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

(a) Install the expansion valve to the cooler refrigerant suction pipe A.

(b) Attach the clamp.

(c) Connect the connector.
