(a) Install the engine room ECU cover with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 7.8 Nm (80 kgf-cm, 69 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the air cleaner inlet cover with the 2 clips.

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

6. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER   See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation

7. CHECK AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEM PRECAUTION

(a) After replacing the TCM, certain procedures are necessary    See: Transmission Control Systems/Service Precautions/AA80E Automatic

Transmission System.

8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization    See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

NOTICE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
