Hydraulic Control Assembly - Antilock Brakes: Service and Repair

1. Remove brake fluid from actuator using a suitable tool.
2. Disconnect connectors from actuator.
3. Remove brake tubes from actuator using suitable wrench.
4. Remove actuator bracket attaching bolt, then remove actuator and bracket assembly.
5. Remove actuator mounting nuts and actuator.
6. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

a. Torque actuator mounting nuts to 48 inch lbs.
b. Torque actuator bracket bolt to 21 ft. lbs.
c. Torque five brake lines to 11 ft. lbs.
d. Fill brake fluid reservoir and bleed brakes.
e. Check for fluid leakage and proper brake operation.
