Clean parts with compressed air. Inspect cylinder bore for rust and scoring. Also, inspect for wear or damage to bore. If necessary, replace. Refer to 
Fig. 4 for master cylinder lubricant locations.

ASSEMBLY

1.

Install two grommets.

2.

Install reservoir, while pushing down on reservoir, install setscrew. Torque setscrew to 15.2 in.lbs.

3.

Install master cylinder boot, then the master cylinder as previously described.
