Owner Instruction For Personalized Seat Belt Extender

CAUTION FOR USE OF SEAT BELT EXTENDERS:

1.

Never use the seat belt extender if you can fasten the seat belt without it.

2.

Remember the seat belt extender provided for you may not be safe when used in a different vehicle, or for another person or at a seating position
different than specified.

3.

When the seat belt extender is provided for a rear seat position (with automatic locking retractor), make sure the retractor is locked when in use.

4.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN A LESS EFFECTIVE SEAT BELT RESTRAINT SYSTEM IN CASE
OF A VEHICLE ACCIDENT, CAUSING PERSONAL INJURY.
