Removal

SUSPENSION CONTROL: SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) w/ Manual Folding-up Function:

Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly LH    See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear No. 2 Seat
Assembly (w/ Manual Folding-Up Function)/Removal.

(b) w/ Automatic Folding-up Function:

Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly LH    See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear No. 2 Seat
Assembly (w/ Automatic Folding-Up Function)/Removal.

3. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

7. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and

8. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP (for Semi Power Seat)   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Removal

9. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and

10. REMOVE REAR SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT   See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Rear Air

Conditioning Unit/Disassembly

11. REMOVE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and ECU.

(b) Detach the wire harness clamp and disconnect the connector.
