Introduction 

Some customers may express concern when the wireless headphone unexpectedly turns off during low temperature operation. Replace the old part with
the countermeasure wireless headphone that is now available for 2003 model year GX 470 and LX 470, and 2004 model year RX 330 vehicles.

Applicable Vehicles

2003 model year GX 470 and LX 470 vehicles with the Lexus Genuine Accessory Wireless Headphone.

2004 model year RX 330 vehicles with the Lexus Genuine Accessory Wireless Headphone.

Parts Information

Repair Procedure

Refer to the installation instructions for Wireless Headphones or the Vehicle Entertainment System (VES).

Warranty Information

Applicable Warranty*:

This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
the vehicle's in-service date.

* Warranty application is limited to correction of a problem based upon a customer's specific complaint.
