- 7). TMMC VINs have been added to the Production Change Information table. Repair Procedure 6 (previously Repair Procedure F) has been
clarified with new illustrations and steps. Two additional repair items have been included and should be performed when the dash is removed.
Time for these repairs have been reflected in Combo A of the Warranty Information table.

Previous versions of this TSIB should be discarded.

Introduction

Some customers may complain of rattle noises coming from the front dash area of the vehicle. The following procedures have been developed to reduce
these noises.

Applicable Vehicles

2004 - 2005 model year RX 330 vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown in the Production Change Information
table in this TSIB.

Warranty Information

Applicable Warranty*:
This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
the vehicle's in-service date.

* NV4012 Op Code needs to be inputted to Warranty as well as any applicable combo codes.
