REMOVE THE BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH
(a)
Disconnect the connector from the brake light switch.
(b)
Loosen the lock nut.
(c)
Remove the light switch from the brake pedal support.
7.
INSTALL THE NEW BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH
(a)
Install the new light switch into the brake pedal support.
1.
Rotate the light switch so that the clearance between the thread portion tip and the area where the pedal makes contact is between 0.5
and 2.6 mm (0.020 in. and 0.102 in.).
2.
Tighten the lock nut.
